Customers should arrive close to the reserved time. The current demo shows availability and booking flow behavior, but final production rules will be enforced by durable scheduling data.
Studio policies

These policies keep the demo honest: appointment flow, deposit messaging, inquiry capture, and owner review are visible while real payments, real notifications, and durable storage remain disabled.
Demo deposits
Deposit language is included so the experience is clear, but no real card is charged until Square production checkout is intentionally enabled.
Cancellations and changes
The demo includes customer self-service and owner review paths. Production changes will eventually need durable audit events, payment state, and notification delivery.
Privacy and storage
Current demo inquiries and appointments use ignored local or temporary storage. Do not treat staging data as permanent customer records until Supabase is active.
